“The struggle to find real British bacon in Shanghai inspired us to start home curing our own pork and bacon products. Early in 2016 we started to expand our operation and have been working with our Master-Curer, whose family has been curing pork for 100 years, to create the finest traditionally cured meats available. We produce our bacon with love and care, with the firm belief that the quality and safety of our products are paramount. We use traditional curing methods, and unlike many mass-produced products, we don’t add any nasty additives to bulk-up the meat. We’re proud of our products and, most importantly, we think it tastes delicious.”
