The award winning Mothercare Orb travel system required a wheel design update to replace the traditional 4 spoke set. Bringing a clean 3 spoke approach, including the option to create a premium look with additional high gloss clip on trims. 

Smooth rounded surfaces with gentle scallop recesses to give extra detail. Each spoke is a continuous surface, created using slide action tooling uncommon with standard wheel manufacturing. A lightly textured surface finish is used to catch the spoke detail as the wheel moves along the path.
